Ammann Compactors Working on Casablanca Expansion
Freeways near Casablanca, Morocco, are being widened with the help of diverse Ammann rollers.
The roads will be expanded from two to three lanes. Providing compaction are an Ammann AP 240 Pneumatic-Tyred Roller, an AV 110X Tandem Roller, and an ASC 170 (T3) Single Drum Roller.
The widened roads are sections of the Casablanca-Berrechid freeway, the Casablanca bypass freeway and several interchanges that total about 35 km of work. They are some of the busiest roads in the kingdom.
The project is expected to take just under four years. Groupe MOJAZINE is handling the road expansions.
