Growing Together: The Power of Mentoring and Teamwork at Ammann
Nils Bittner and Rodi Hudsch, from Ammann, Germany, in Alfeld (Leine), embarked on a rewarding mentoring journey together. United by a shared passion for optimizing processes, their collaboration began during Rodi Hudsch's master's studies and ended with Rodi's graduation.

What does a typical day of a service technician look like?
Amman has allowed me to travel all over Australia and New Zealand to work on different job sites. I was even given the opportunity to train with Ammann specialists in Switzerland. I’m always visiting new places, seeing new things and meeting new faces. Ammann has always supported and invested in my professional growth; I see a long future with the company.
