Ammann believes low temperature asphalt mixes are the future of the asphalt industry. Therefore, we developed the Ammann Foam system in collaboration with our customers and internal experts. Using Ammann Foam to produce warm mix asphalt (WMA) provides significant benefits including higher workability, improved compaction performance, and better recycling performance. This technology also reduces VOC emissions from bitumen, lowers CO₂ emissions, and saves energy in drying and heating processes.

The as1 Ecoview module helps uncover and eliminate energy waste. An intuitive display informs operators and enables immediate adjustment, providing the data needed to make decisions around throughput and material control to maximize savings and efficiencies. The module also determines emitted CO₂ values and calculates energy costs, helping to optimize operations for greater efficiency and sustainability.
